I immunostained rat/mouse spleen and mouse kidney for an anti iNOS Ab but I am not sure if the immunostaining is specific.
I used spleen as abreviews indicated that this is an appropriate control.
I immunostained liver because I would have expected Kupffer cells to be positive..however, no Kupffer cell positivity.
Am I wrong or, is the Ab no good?
I would appreciate constructive comments wrt images I have uploaded to the gallery.
Also, if anyone has experience demonstrating iNOS in Microglia, using FFPWS, I would be interested.
