Post subject: Nick Translation Reply with quote
Hi!

I study barley sentromere and telomere but I can not find signal. This is my mater thesis and I do not know what I am doing. Cell wall is big problem for hybridization as well as probe labelling. Is there anyone to study in plant?Do you use Nick Translation for labeling probe expecially in plants?
