Post subject: Protocol for IHC B-catenin rat bone? Reply with quote
Need help with a IHC protocol for B-catenin.
Have a protocol that works with chondrocytes and cartilage biospies, but now I can't get it to work with bone. Does anyone have any experience regarding IHC and bone? Does it have more autofluoresence then for example cartilage...

Sorry that you have no response, yet.
Please give some details:
Tissue prep ?
Are you having problems with signal strength or....autofluorescence?
Can you post some images of your results so far?
I have posted a beta Cat image in developing muscle so I would be interested to see the location of the positivity you get in chondrocytes.
