Which red chromogen did you use for this triple labeling? Aqueous or permanent mounting medium?

Thanks a lot!

Luisa

I have used all of their substrates i think - especially their red chromogens.
In my hands - Warp red seems 1,5-2x more sensitive than VFR.

Uhm at least a brief dehydration (common dehydration) wont reduce the signal. I mount in permanent mounting medium (both for warp and vulcan), and altho different red chromogens reacts differently with different permanent mounting mediums - it doesnt seem to be a problem with Warp or Vulcan?
I just use warp, now. Its great Wink
