Hi, I'm new at this forum and hope someone can help me with this question.
Had any of you success to increase the fluorescence signal by prolonging the usual hybridization time? For example: from 16 hours to 48 hours?
Or is there something like "endpoint-staining" after a certain duration?
Or is it even worse after prolonged incubation due to increased background staining?
