Post subject: Antibody against Mouse Cre-Recombinase
Can someone suggest a good antibody against Cre-Recombinase which works in mouse kidney?I would like to use it for IHC and FACS-Sorting.

Have you WBlotted your tissues to check for CreRec?

Yes, I used this antibody. Unfortunately it doesnt't work on FFPE, MethacarnFPE and Cryosections, both in IF and DAB-Based..
Why do you suggest WB? Have you any clue that IHC is not sensitive enough?Thx
