Pretreatment/Epitope Retrieval
No pretreatment required, but higher dilution (1:5000) of primary antibody can be used after HIER in Tris-EDTA pH 9

Additional Information
Prolactin is an adenohypophyseal polypeptide hormone produced in cells of the anterior pituitary gland of most mammals.
Prolactin producing cells constitute about 17% of all normal human anterior pituitary cells.
Elevated counts of these cells have been observed in pregnant women, newborns and in multiparous women.
